Long Time No Type

SSSoooo Ive been scrabbling to stabalize my life lately. All good tho of course! I am officially living in Fresno and attending Fresno State University and I LOVE IT! There is sooo much to get involved in its overwhelming!! Its live I have finally been thrown into the world and I now fend for myself..alone...WITH my roommate of course whom I love and I have proclaimed her my Fresno mom! She takes care of me when Im lost like no otha Hustler #1!! This past week we have been stuck with a $1,000 8 week old Doberman and let me tell you!! This has been no easy task! I went from perfectly clean no dog house...to 2 dogs with one peeing and pooping everywhere!! ugh Im so relieved now that Chances good friend Alex took him I know he'll take good care of Gino the Great Bambino!! And screw Felipe who didn't want the dog you ungrateful son of a....well you get the point...I dont like my roommates ex...OH! and Chances 21st birthday was last weekend! so much fun I just love him so much!!  so anyways today I have my first day of sorority recruitment we shall see how that goes! Other than that Im really excited about starting all of my major classes for interpreting its amazing once you get to shrug off the general ed crap lol so anyways Forever 21 is like 7 miles away and lets just say Im one happy camper!! =D

I'm a Mac

Well hello yes it is true I am on official computer genius! Well not really I just have a really smart computer!! My no iMac desktop is probably the best purchase that I have ever made!!! The only problem is that the screen is too big to fit under my shelf on my desk ahaha but Im not complaining bigga the betta!! Its so beautiful!! I just wish that I had more time in my life right now to play with it I have been so busy working packing running to fresno.  The new movers move into my house August 2nd.  That doesnt leave me much time to get my ass outta here.  Then when I move to Fresno Im gonna have to commute back and for to work every other day oh joy...but it will all work out I just cant wait to get settled into the townhouse!! And I LOVE my roommate!! =D

SuMmErRrRrRrrr!!!!

Wow being Assistant Manager is SSSOOoooo much better [at times its not]...but over all I am very pleased with my pay checks!! ;)  Slicing my heel open with the poop pool pump was not fun...haha but I got to be in a wheelchair at Magic Mountain!! so I guess that makes up for it!! My parents have STILL not moved out of the house its gonna be next week and Im nervous...I guess Im just too sentimental

     I have kind of a lot going on with photography...swim lessons....work ...tennis lessons...and now MoDeLing! weird huh! I dont know what I think about that!! but hey free pictures right pretty fun...
     Me and Chance are crazy good but were kinda nervous about the whole move!
     Im officially paying rent at the townhouse!! And Im officially a Fresno State full time student!!
     I am planning on playing Intermeral tennis and maybe even joining a Sorority in the fall...
     Life is just throwing so many amazing things at me I forget to look back and thank the sourse of it all!!
Thank you God for blessing me so much I know I sure dont deserve it! But Im a very happy girl! Thank you!

 

New Adventures...

So Im sitting in the Lab next to Jon...giving me a dirty look as usual...while Cabby is drawing us and Renee is just laughing...we are quite bored...Jon just threw a pen at me TWICE...I threw it back but it just deflects off of him...so anyways....STATE...fun time...the last match of my life didnt go so great but at least I played good in front of my parents who WENT!! yeah!! Took a little convincing but I dragged them over to Newport Beach (I know such a horrible place right)...Well we started out by going to the State Dinner where everyone dressed up [in their amazing tennis tans] and we strutted our stuff...Then I totally snuck out and got picked up by Kristen in her mercedes (grandma car) lol who I havent seen in TWO YEARS pretty much..and she took me to her gorgeous place then to the beach then to a minute mart to pick up some cigars lmao that I was just so great at smoking/holding/tapping sparks out the window...yup thats right she stole me away and drugged me at like 11:00 at night shame shame...so then I got a missed call from coach got worried and we raced back...false alarm he just wanted to tell us who we played the next day...Nicole took care of it...So we got 3rd place in Nor Cal and somewhere in the top 10 for California but after loosing it was hard realizing that this was the last competitive tennis match I would ever play for a team...so I was pretty depressed so my parents being so sweet decided to throw down some more money on an expensive hotel so that I wouldn't have to ride home a loser right away haha...we had a great relaxed family time going to the mall and out to eat...it was a well needed vacation time for all of us!! Love them!

Going to STATE!!

Yes!! Nicole and I got third place at Nor Cals!! We will be heading to Newport Beach this Wednesday to compete against the top 15 in the state!! Im pretty excited about it! One last hurrah to end my tennis journey.  Its ending on a good note I think Im ready to retire and move on to bigger better things...Im pretty proud.  So today my house is being put on the market...and yesterday we gave my very first dog away...oh Oreo...you'll like CJ hes a good catch.  Things from this chapter in my life are readily comming to a halt.  But new and exciting doors are opening! I am the new assistant manager at the pool!! This is my fourth year and Im super glad I got it!! My skin cannot handle much more sun and Ive been though a lot at that pool!! (including getting torn up by the old diving board) but we got a new one now and were getting a water slide!! I really cant wait to move away to my own place all on my own!! I have a lot of plans of cooking taking care of my dog watching LOTs of TV lol...working out running a lot and more importantly figuring out who I am and who I want to become...Im almost 20!! am I ready and up for the challenge of another 20 years of this life?!? ....We shall see =)

Ojai

Ssssoooo....Ojai went good...a lot better than last yr!!

I actually had fun and sleeping with nicole made it all worth it lol ;)

I made it to the third round singles before I played a foreigner that killed me (they usually do)

Then Nicole and I made it to the second round of doubles where it was a really close game and we both know that we should have won we were not playing to our full potential the scores were 3-4, 6-0, 4-6 

so as you can see with were pretty pissed because if we would have won we would have played a really easy team in the third round and then gone to the finals in Ojai (instead of Ventera)

and we would have been the first team from COS to do that aaawwww =(

oh well this was only a tournament and we have Nor Cals tomorrow thats what really counts were determined to go to STATE!!! so fingers crossed...I know Im starting to get burned out of tennis and will be (sorry to say) semi-happy when my last season is over cuz its ending on a really good one!!

[went to round table last night with Tay and Kalyn (whose not mad that we cant be roommates next semester thank goodness) and it was a lot of laughs like always and I learned about Chance's "sandwich" theory that he even forgot about haha ;) and were waiting till friday to eat it]

Pictures, Tennis, and New Moon

So besides the lack of a rug in our living room
I had a pretty great weekend...
Had two photo shoots (one paid yay)
Gave some tennis lessons, met with my speech partner, and had a lovely evening with Olivia.
We went grocerey shopping and watched New Moon because she had never seen it...
That movie just gets cornier everytime I see it!
Now I cant help but gag..hope I didnt ruin the movie for her!
I love Olivia!!
Shes just such a sweetheart and deserves better than what life has been throwing her way lately!!
Im really praying that things take a turn for the better

She has been such a huge help to me lately..

The Living Room Rug is Gone...

Hmmm...

I dont quite know what to think about all this

it has not really hit me yet that my parents are moving out of town within the week.

I have been gradually helping them move

this is the house that I grew up in...

the house that my dad grew up in...

so pretty much I have NOOO experience with moving whatsoever!!

and I dont like change...

I cried when we got rid of our last couch.

and now our living room rug is GONE

Well see how hard I take it when I get home to find more articles of furniture missing...

not looking forward to it....stat.

So i pretty much completely love my roommate and her townhouse!

I am totally in love with my soon to be (in 3 more years =/) husband who just cleaned my car inside and out this morning for me!!

I ABSOLUTELY love Holly Ellis my best friend who is going to be so pleased with me that i wrote a blog!!! =]

And I love my darling dog who is obsessed with me and chance and is about to get her summer shave :)

ok so now i can blog no matter where i am i have the new devour from verizon with internet and its awesome im so excited!! so me and kalyn rnt gonna work out as roommates she fell in love with a place that doesnt allow dogs and i just am super evcited to live with lucky so thats that...then i met an awesome girl on facebook that had an opening in her apartment with 2 other girls but it doesnt allow dogs either ggrrr this would be so much easier without a huge dog but i kept searching...so now i searched on craigslist.com but was being very selective who i wrote to but i found a really awesome girl named aly living by herself in a 2 story townhouse that is pet friendly yay!! im meeting her tonight so i hope everything checks out i love this place!!

So Nicole and I won probably the most challenging match yet!! I am still in shock! 6-3, 6-4...Best way to end the season...beating our australian french girl!! We rock....It had to have been the war paint on our faces!! ;)

Yes, Yes, I Know

Ok I know that I have not written a blog in SUCH a long time!!
Its because I have been so busy just living life that I haven't had the time to write about it!
I was so dedicated at first but then it began to fade and life was just getting exciting!
Hmmm...first of all...I LOVE HOLLY!
yes an actual GreaT friend!! oh my goodness one in the flippin world!
And Jordan my good friend...well you kinda let me down...
Chance and I are great..had a little bit of miss communication yesterday but it worked out that we talked for hours and got closer together...we talked about things that we liked and disliked about eachother
it was sssoooo easy to think of things that I loved about him
thinking of things that I didnt love was a lot harder then I thought
I am seriously the luckiest girl in the world he couldnt be any kinder
Tennis is going amazing! We are 11 and 1 right now and last game I got interviewed by both the Porterville recorder and the Visalia Times which was pretty cool...
cant believe that I only have 2 games left in my tennis career before I retire =(
I am very sad about this I love my team!!!
Taking pictures has been really fun Im backed up with people to take pictures of which is amazing I love it!

Girl-Time

UGH life is getting so much better right now!

after going from really questioning the purpose of life itself

(which is always depressing i think)

Had an amazing friday!

now i kinda regret making her laugh so much
her lungs dont like laughter

hmm...what more must God throw on my plate to wake me up from this
will i crash and burn...or turn to Him and give Him all control
i know the right answer
but can i do it whole heartedly?

Tennis Lecture

ok so apparently i am not doing my job as a leader...

hanging out with the wrong crowd

(you know who you are you bad influences!)

um im a human being

i get lazy too

i know im freakn buff and fast and manly and all things good in this world..

i am lazy

being number one on the team is not all its cracked out to be...

i can never loose not even on a bad day or ill loose my spot

im expected to win otherwise i shouldnt be there

i should always hit the ball harder than everyone else and never make a mistake

always give 110%

coach should never have to coach or get after me about anything!

i should be in front everytime were running on the track never lagging

i should never be bummed to go to practice always enthusiastic

and i should not ever act silly during serious practice time

theres a time to laugh and a time to play out the point

im never allowed to break down my mental game should always be positive...

just a few reasons im retiring after this year

im getting to old for this i guess im becoming less competitive or something

because this is the long lecture i got aside from everyone else

a lot is changing and new experiences and places in my life ive never been are coming fast and hard

was really craving it today

turns out..we all just ended up cracking up the whole time i half expected them to kick us out

I almost choked on my food like 5 times...

how could a friendly conversation at a nice restaurant

turn so wrong!

I mean everything that came out of our mouths...

was just wrong!

and it seemed like everytime the conversation took a (loud) turn for the worst...

Business Cards!!

ok so funny story...

I get this email from a printing company that they are having a sale 250 business cards free sale...

great catch right!

WRONG!

turns out its only free if you order 250 blank business cards

who does that!!

they charge you up the wazzzooo for everything else!

so (not knowing this yet) i started designing...

picked out a template

uploading pictures for a collage

even added a black and white back side (wanted to save money you know so layed off the color)

ok so they charged 10 bucks for the template

5 bucks PER picture i uploaded

12 bucks for the back side

ok so im not even gonna tell you how much i spent all together!!

but i will tell you that it was more than $60 and less than $100

aaahhhh I KNOW!!

i was about to say forget it but i had already spend like 2 hours on it and i had wasted a lot of sleep over it and had a tennis match the next morning...(so being that it was like 2:00 in the morning) i spent it...

but wait theres more!

they had the AUDACITY to tell me

"for an extra $9 we will send you 1,000 more!!"

are you kidding me!

so duh of course i did it!!!

so now not only do i have 1,000 business cards that i dont need!! i spent like a million dollars on them (FML) at least they threw in some actually FREE custom post-it notes...so im pretty much never buying from that lousy lying company that will remain nameless...

but they look damn good dont they!! =]

No my dog is NOT for sale!!

After a long fun weekend of traffic school...

ok so traffic school wasnt that fun

but watching movies and playing ping pong in the rain with chance like old times was fun!

old times...

but for the most part i just stayed in bed watching holly youtube videos and looking at fresno apartments online for hours!! 

I finally found some really nice places (maybe a lil too nice) that allow dogs above 50lbs...

now i know what your thinking...huge dog super tiny apartment!!

but jordan is a trooper and my dog's hero! =]

you see..my parents are moving to a new house in visalia and dont want to take either of my dogs with them :( and they are moving in like 27 days!!

so im going to be living in my big ol house all by myself for months!! creepy i know!

and people that want to buy they house will come by and ill have to show them around!

LAME

and then if my house gets sold ill have to bunk up with my parents or my sister and not have any real place to call home...

wow this is making me sad just typing it

so really im ready and excited to move to fresno (with my dog!) 

and be on my own for a change.

so i played with my dog a lot this weekend super thankful that i dont have to give my baby away

and i never noticed how much she takes dumps...

thats going to be interesting since my dog has never been inside a house her whole life

so if anyone has any advise on teaching old dogs new tricks (house training that is)

please know that i am VERY open to suggestions!!

Valentine's Day

So this is the 3rd of many valentine's days with chance to come

had to give him yet another article of clothing to make it a complete day

we decided to go to three rivers again but this time have pizza with our chocolate =]

and of course take pictures in random groves and highway overpasses

even though im scared of heights...

and also go to the movies with chance's cape that read BAD-ACE VALENTINE
